Product Delivery & Return Policy
All our parcels will be delivered in closed boxes, meaning you have to make the payment before receiving the parcel during delivery. There is no opportunity to check the product before making the payment. Once you receive the product delivery, it is necessary to create an unboxing video at home. If there is anything missing or a wrong product is delivered, you need to send us this video as proof. We will investigate the issue and make the necessary arrangements accordingly. If the wrong product is delivered from our end, we will replace it at our expense.
If you find any defects in any product within 7 days from the final invoice date, you can return it to us through courier services like Sundarban Courier, Pathao, RedEx, E-courier, StudFast, or any other courier that provides office delivery (After receiving your return request, you will be informed about how to courier the product through messenger/email/SMS). Please note that SA Paribohon does not offer office delivery; our representative will go to their branch to collect the product, which may take an additional 3-7 days and cause a delay in receiving our service.
Note: Before sending the product, make sure to pack it properly along with all the received items and wrap it beautifully. Do not use tape directly on the product’s box. If the box is missing, use newspaper to wrap the product and then tape it for courier delivery. Failure to pack the product or box adequately, or if the product is damaged or in a non-resalable condition, your return request may not be accepted.
Product Return Steps:
- Step 1: After sending the product to us, please share the booking slip with us on WhatsApp at *****.
- Step 2: Once the product reaches us, we will inspect it. If your complaint is found to be genuine, we will either exchange the product or resolve the issue.
- Step 3: If no defects are found in the product during our tests, we will send back the same product to your address after receiving the previous courier fee. If needed, we may share a video as proof.
- Step 4: In case any flaws are detected in the product, we will fix the issue or replace the product at our own expense and send it back to your address through courier.
Courier Fee Coverage:
If a product’s issue is reported within 7 days from the invoice date, we will bear the courier fee. However, if a service warranty issue arises after the initial 7-day period, meaning if a product covered by a 6-month warranty requires warranty support after 2 months, the customer will be responsible for the courier fee.
It is important to note that if a product is returned without any faults, in all cases, the customer will be responsible for the product’s courier fee.

Delivery and Return Timeframe:
For processing each order from our end, we usually take around 3-4 business days. However, we make every effort to hand over the product to the courier as quickly as possible. Generally, deliveries within Dhaka city take place within the next 2-4 business days after the product is handed over to the courier. For deliveries outside Dhaka city, it may take approximately 3-6 business days.
Regarding product returns, after the product reaches us, we check it thoroughly to identify any issues and provide the appropriate solution. This process may take 7-14 business days. After that, we will courier the product back to you.
